How do I change the icon and colour of location markers on the map?

You can customize how your locations appear on the map by updating the icon and colour for each location category.

Changing colour and icon from settings

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on the Categories tab
  • You will see location categories grouped under:
    • Potential
    • Existing
    • Competitors
  • Find the category you want to update
  • Click on Edit 
  • Upload a new icon
  • Change the colour
    • You can select from available options
    • Or enter a HEX code (e.g., #000000 for black)
  • Click on Update

  • Scroll down to the location category section
  • Find the location category you want to change
  • Click on the colour dot next to it
  • Choose a colour from the options
    • OR enter a HEX code for a custom colour
  • The map updates instantly with the new colour
