How do I set up an Available Properties profile in TargomoLOOP?

To see properties available for rent or sale, you need to create a Properties profile. A properties profile acts like a filter to show only relevant properties based on your criteria.

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on the Available properties tab
  • Click on Available properties profile
  • Set your desired parameters:
    • Operation → Sale or Rent
    • Type → Retail, Restaurant, Office, etc.
    • Price range
    • Price per sq. m
    • Days on the market
    • Size (sq. m)
    • Plot size
    • Parking availability
  • (Optional) Enable “Show properties with accurate locations only”
  • Click Create
