How do I include competitors in cannibalisation analysis?

You can include competitor locations in cannibalisation to understand how much of your customer base they are capturing.

  • Go to Settings
  • Click on the Custom analysis tab
  • Click on Settings within Custom analysis
  • Enable the toggle “Include competitors in cannibalization”
