How to invite a read-only user to your Loop team

1. Go to the Home page
2. Click on the Team tab
3. Click on Invite
4. Enter your teammate’s email address
5. In Organisation role, select Guest
6. Click Invite

What does Guest (read-only) access mean?

Teammates with the Guest role can:

• View projects, locations, and analysis
• Explore maps, charts, and reports

But they cannot:

• Edit or delete data
• Add new locations
• Change settings or run simulations

When should you use this?

• Sharing insights with stakeholders
• Giving clients or partners access to review analysis
• Internal reviews without risk of changes
